St. Luke’s members and friends, it’s time to practice singing together!  Any and ALL voices are encouraged to join in the hymn sing — or just come to sit and listen.

We’ll be meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month for the remainder of the summer. You’ll need to sign up ahead of time on our SignUp Genius page. Just pick the dates you want to come and sign up: July 14, July 28, August 11, August 25, September 8.

Everyone will be masked and distanced while indoors.  The schedule is as follows:

6:45-7:00  Arrive and get checked in in Johnson Hall

7:00-7:30  Gather and singing in Johnson Hall

7:30-7:45  Break.

  • Those who are vaccinated and comfortable may remove masks in the breezeway, have conversations at a close distance, and partake of food/drink they brought for themselves (we can’t yet share food or drink).
  • Others can take some quiet time on our grounds or move into the sanctuary.

7:45-8:15  Singing in the Sanctuary

As always, if you have any symptoms or may have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.

As we get used to regathering, please do not stay in a situation that makes you uncomfortable.  Stepping back, or removing yourself are things some of us may do at times. Singing and being indoors can elevate the possibility of COVID-19 transmission.

Note: Our current maximum time singing together in one space is 30 minutes. By singing in both Johnson Hall and the Sanctuary, we are able to sing together longer.
