Arts at St. Luke’s May Musicale, May 17, 4:00 pm
This “mixed bouquet” of music will feature Kaye Saunders, David Arcus, and other St. Luke’s musicians, offering selections from the 16th through the 21st centuries. Highlights include: Bach’s Musical Offering for flute, violin, and basso continuo; David Arcus’s awardwinning Song of Ruth and Naomi for soprano and organ; beloved favorites such as “The Swan” from Carnival of the Animals, Schubert’s Ave Maria, and selections from Vivaldi’s Gloria; along with original choral works and beautiful contemporary pieces—all presented by your talented St. Luke’s musicians! Durham Bulls Game Outing, June 7, game time 5:05 pm
St. Lukers will get together for the Durham Bulls v. Charlotte Knights on Sunday, June 7. There are 22 tickets available for $16 each and seats are in the Terrace View, Section 212.
