REQUEST YOUR VESTRY BALLOT NOW
We encourage you to vote for vestry using an absentee ballot.  Request one by e-mail or call the office. Vote for up to 4 candidates.
Your completed PRINTED ballot and attestations must be received before 10am on Friday, Nov 6th.  Mail enough in advance to meet that deadline, or drop off your ballot in the church mailbox (at the end of the drive between Johnson Hall/Sprague Room).
Members who choose to register and attend in-person worship on Nov 8th should vote at worship, not before.

STEWARDSHIP NOTE
Wow! Pledges are flowing in, leading the way in love and commitment to St. Luke’s and our mission.  Thank you for the prayerful consideration that led people to increase and even double their pledges.  Just as work for our church is love made visible, stewardship commitments make that work possible.  Take a leap of love and pledge today

CLARIFICATION
In our recent pledge letter, Children and Youth Minister Laura Thornton was referred to as our most recent “treasure.”  Some folks mis-read that as “treasurer.”  To clarify, Julia Hoyle continues as our treasurer and Laura as our Children and Youth Minister.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES
One of the women we help regularly needs everything to set up house (furniture, kitchen supplies, etc).  If you are able to help, please contact Jan Freeman.

FORWARD DAY BY DAY
If you would like a Forward Day by Day booklet Nov-Jan, please contact Kathy.

HOLDING ONTO HOPE
Presiding Bishop Curry will lead a Holding Onto Hope prayer service from Washington National Cathedral at 4pm on November 1st, All Saints day.  Watch here.
